1. Flexible Cancellation Policy

 

•⁠ ⁠Full Refund: If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days before the check-in date, you will receive a full refund.

•⁠ ⁠Partial Refund: If you cancel within 7 days of your check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund for the nights not stayed, but the first night is non-refundable.

•⁠ ⁠No Refund: If you cancel on the day of check-in or after check-in, no refund will be issued for the remaining nights.

 

2. Modifications to Your Reservation

 

•⁠ ⁠Date Changes: You can modify your reservation by contacting us directly. Date changes may be subject to availability and pricing changes.

•⁠ ⁠Guest Count Adjustments: If the number of guests in your party changes, the pricing may adjust accordingly based on our accommodation rules and rates. Please inform us of any changes prior to check-in.

 

3. Special Circumstances

 

•⁠ ⁠Force Majeure: In case of extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or government-imposed travel restrictions that prevent you from traveling, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, including a possible rescheduling or full refund.

 

4. How to Cancel or Modify Your Reservation

•⁠ ⁠Please allow at least 24 hours for us to process your request.

 

5. No-Show Policy

•⁠ ⁠If a guest does not show up for their reservation without any prior cancellation notice, the entire amount of the reservation will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

 

6. Refund Process

 

•⁠ ⁠Any applicable refunds will be processed to the same payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

7. Exceptional Situations
